Eleonore is sick and she is resting on the couch. Nurse Samantha has just found a way to easily treat a patient, so she reaches the couch where Eleonore is. She sits next to her and show her large feet in nylon stockings. She is convinced that the strong smell of her beautiful feet can be a panacea for every disease.

The cure begins: Samantha puts a foot over Eleonore's mouth and nose, pushing it tight and leaving no air. Eleonore can only feel the wet stocking over her face and the strong odour when the nurse raises the foot to let her breathe. Samantha is quite sadistic too, so she continues pushing her large feet over Eleonore's mouth and nose for several minutes, keeping the wet stockings on and having fun to see the expressions of disgust of her poor patient.

Samantha thinks this is not enough for Eleonore, so she slowly takes off the stockings and shows a close up of her bare feet. They are a little dirty and she thinks it is the right condition to continue the "alternative" healing. This time she smothers the patient putting the toes over her nose and closing it tight. Eleonore is weak and she can't do anything to stop the weird nurse, who has no intention to stopping. She always repeats that it is the right healing for a sickness.

Finally Samantha keeps the foot over Eleonore's mouth and nose for long time, until she passes out.
